RETURN POLICY DURING COVID-19 PANDEMIC:
The condition is not a normal condition as COVID-19 has changed the way we used to act. We check every product at least 3 times for any manufacturing defect before shipping, so if you find any damage of package or if the package is in poor condition, then don’t accept the package and return to courier person. Post that claim of damaged product won’t be accepted. DESHAZ has taken a call to not to take return of material till 31st December 2020. Deshaz reserves right to extend or change the date without any advance notice.
User is requested to check the product size and colour well before ordering. In case of any doubt please send email on email@example.com with product link.
We understand that our users are expecting more from us but we too have limitation, kindly bear with us.
RETURN POLICY (Otherwise) (applicable after 31.12.2020)
Our products are meticulously inspected before they are shipped out of our warehouse. However, if you are not completely happy with your purchase, we will return the amount to you by crediting your bank account, subject to the product being received in accordance with the terms and conditions listed below.
Customer is advised to check the ordered products and quantity in the invoice, before accepting the package from the logistics service provider/courier. In case of any discrepancy found, or damage to packet is noticed, please leave a suitable remark on receipt to logistics service provider/courier for accepting the delivery of the package.
Your purchase is eligible for return or exchange only if it meets the following conditions:
- An incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email.
- If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect.
TERMS & CONDITIONS for Return:
- Returns need to be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags are intact.
- Items should not be used, washed, or altered in any way.
- Once your returned item has been received by our return desk, you will be notified by email that the product has been received and is being processed.
- Upon receiving, our quality assurance department will review the returned item. Any items that show signs of wear or usage will not be accepted for return.
- If the returned product satisfies our quality check we will refund the paid amount to your bank account. You will be notified once the product has completed the quality check.
- Discount coupons are non-transferable and have no cash value.
- In case of money back, the payment will be made through the same mode of payment as the original purchase and will be credited to the customer’s account within the time span stipulated by the bank which has issued the credit/debit card.
- If the product is purchased at a discounted price under any promotion, then Deshaz will refund only the discounted price as per the invoice.
- No return/cancellation request will be allowed after 7 days from the date of delivery.
- We do not accept returns for international orders.
